  • Deep-dive foundation session (2–3 hours)

  • Weekly 1 : 1  coaching (45-minutes)

  • Homeopathic evaluation and remedies

  • Text and email support between sessions


Our first six weeks focus on INSIGHT — patterns, connections, and self-observation, while we begin working with a homeopathic remedy.


The second six weeks focus on ACTION — strategic shifts in lifestyle and habits based on what we’ve learned.
 

I work with a small number of clients at a time, so we both can be fully present in the process.
