June 10th | 1 PM CDT | Live on Zoom
Does this sound familiar?
You’re not sleeping well.
You have no patience.
You’re craving sugar and caffeine…even though you have a nagging sense that they're making things worse.
You’re waking up at 3 am, staring at the ceiling, exhausted — but can't get back to sleep.
You’re so tired of being tired.
If you can relate...
This mini-masterclass is for you.
I want you to know:
These little buggers — anxiety, insomnia and sugar cravings — often show up together, because they are interrelated.
And that is exactly why looking at them one at a time rarely works.
You can spend years of time, oodles of money and all of your patience trying to fix them separately — and find yourself back in the same pattern.
Again.
And again.
Let’s break the cycle. I’ll show you how.
In this masterclass, we'll cover:
-
Why anxiety, insomnia and sugar cravings so often show up together — and how that impacts your nervous system, your hormones, and your emotions
-
A simple, actionable plan to break the cycle and feel better now
-
Key questions to identify your unique root cause — and start building long-term, sustainable change

HELLO!
I'm Chelsea
I've seen this pattern — anxiety, insomnia, and sugar cravings — in my practice over and over again.
Often, it's not even the first thing people mention.
But in my experience, it's foundational. Other health concerns are not going to shift until your nervous system can relax.
I've seen this from the inside, too. Following a major stress, I started having insomnia for the first time in 30 years — but even after the stress resolved, the sleep issues, anxiety, and sugar cravings persisted.
I was doing "all the things" — but still waking up at 3am, unable to sleep. It wasn't until I started looking at the stress, sleep, mood, and physical symptoms as parts of one whole, interconnected experience that things started to change.
I'm a board-certified homeopath and integrative health coach based in Austin, Texas, with clients locally and around the world — and this is the work I'm most passionate about. Because when you feel calm and get good sleep, everything — from your physical health to your relationships — improves.
